Join Child and Adolescent Counsellor, Maria Conway in a morning seminar as she shares research, strategies and discussion on student-centred well-being, and how good mental health is associated with improved learning and active engagement. Further develop your understanding of how we might promote good mental health in students, in ourselves, and in our practice as teachers.
Following a catered lunch by Bille & Brie Catering, an expert TSO chamber musician and pedagogue, who will lead student workshops, demonstrating how creative and positive environments encourages students to access learning more meaningfully.
There will be the regular conference giveaways and special offers from TMTA supporters. A post-conference function will be held at Lizzie & Lefroy North Hobart.
